Install Google Services Framework Without Root on Amazon Fire Tablet

XDA Recognized Contributor sd_shadow has posted a guide on installing Google Services framework, and by extension, Google Play Store on the new Amazon Fire tablet. What’s more, the method does not need root, making the Fire tablet a decent option for purchasing as a cheap tablet.
